Fees with no after-the-fact surprise.
Stores pay a platform fee of $49 base per job, plus $30 for each additional flooring type on the same job. The $25 base applies only to one flooring type with job pay under $1,000; multiple flooring types are not eligible. The platform fee is shown before you post and is charged when an installer accepts. Installer pay is separate and settled directly between store and installer off-platform, with 0% commission.

The practical details
What happens after you post.
The marketplace is designed to get a well-described job in front of eligible installers without turning it into a race to underbid.
Offers are ranked and released in waves.
Eligible installers are ranked by distance, completed-install experience, reliability activity, and how pay compares to their minimums. A later wave can advance after its minimum delay once all current-wave offers are no longer pending.
Stay in control when plans change.
Jobs can be canceled before work begins. Once an offer is accepted, use in-app messaging to contact the installer first. If a job has no available match, it stays open and you can adjust pay or coverage area.
