The marketplace is designed to get a well-described job in front of eligible installers without turning it into a race to underbid.
Offers are ranked and released in waves.
Eligible installers are ranked by distance, completed-install experience, reliability activity, and how pay compares to their minimums. If an offer window passes, the next wave is invited automatically.
Stay in control when plans change.
Jobs can be canceled before work begins. Once an offer is accepted, use in-app messaging to contact the installer first. If a job has no available match, it stays open and you can adjust pay or coverage area.
