What happens after a job is completed?
The installer is paid directly by the store using the method the parties agree on, such as ACH, check, or Venmo. FloorConnect’s separate store platform fee is collected after completion is verified. FloorConnect does not take a commission from installer pay.

How much does FloorConnect cost for a store?
Stores can use market-based per-job pricing, with the exact fee shown in full before posting, or choose Store Pro at $149/month or $1,499/year for 10 jobs/month, or Store Pro+ at $499/month or $4,999/year for 50 jobs/month. Store Pro overage is $14.99 per additional job; Store Pro+ overage is $9.99 per additional job.
Do installers pay to receive offers?
No. Installer access is free, with no lead fees and 0% commission on installer pay. Installer Pro is an optional $9.99/month upgrade for priority matching and a verified Pro badge.
Do subscriptions replace the store’s per-job fee?
Yes. Store Pro and Store Pro+ replace the market-based platform fee for the jobs included in the selected subscription. Overage pricing applies after the included monthly volume.
When is a store charged?
With per-job pricing, the store’s exact fee is shown before posting and the platform fee is charged after the job is completed and verified. Subscription billing follows the selected monthly or annual plan; the account billing screen should show the active plan and any overage.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions can be canceled from the app. The account should display the effective cancellation date and any already-incurred charges clearly.
