A better way for stores and installers to meet
Flooring work moves better when both sides have the information they need before a job starts. FloorConnect brings the store, the scope, and the right installer into one marketplace:
- Stores post installation, prep, demo-only, and haul-away work with the important details up front.
- Matching checks service area, flooring skills, qualifications, and pay preferences.
- Offers go out in ranked waves, giving the best-fit installers the first chance without turning the job into a lowest-bid race.
- Installers see the scope, photos, timing, and pay before they accept or decline.
- Stores are charged their platform fee only after the job is completed and verified.
What FloorConnect is
A B2B store-to-installer marketplace
FloorConnect is designed for the working relationship between flooring businesses and the independent installers who complete their jobs. It is not a consumer quote form. It helps stores fill work and helps installers find relevant jobs without chasing every opportunity themselves.
A private-offer workflow
An offer is sent to an eligible installer for a private acceptance window. The installer can review the complete scope and choose whether the job fits. If nobody accepts in one wave, the next eligible wave can be invited automatically.
A clearer way to manage fit and compliance
Profiles capture the skills, service areas, and documents needed to evaluate job fit. FloorConnect tracks verification and document expiration reminders, while stores and installers remain responsible for the requirements that apply to their work and location.
What FloorConnect is not
- Not a bidding board: installers do not compete by underbidding one another.
- Not a lead-buying service: installers do not pay a fee for each lead they receive.
- Not a commission on installer pay: FloorConnect takes 0% commission from what an installer earns.
- Not a consumer marketplace: the core connection is between flooring stores and installers.
- Not an employer or a replacement for professional judgment: installers remain independent, and each party is responsible for its own agreements, licensing, insurance, tax, and job decisions.
