Vague “tear out old carpet” posts get declines when the job is glued pad, wet basement, or a cabin with no winter dump access. Clear scope cuts that friction. Water-loss and freeze damage tickets often stack with insurance timelines — put known constraints in the work order instead of surprising the installer on site.
