Yes. Your business information, documents, and financial details are encrypted and never shared with other users. Job addresses are shown as approximate locations until an installer accepts an offer. We follow industry-standard security practices.

When you post a job, FloorConnect automatically finds installers who match by metro area, flooring skills, availability, and pay preferences. Offers are sent one at a time — each installer gets a private window to accept or decline before the offer moves to the next match.

If no installers are available in your area for a specific job type, the job stays open and you'll be notified. You can adjust the pay rate or expand the coverage area to reach more installers. Our system also suggests close matches that may be a fit.

Yes, you can cancel a job at any time before an installer begins work. If an offer has already been accepted, reach out to the installer through in-app messaging first. Cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both parties.

Requirements vary by state. During onboarding, FloorConnect checks your state's licensing and insurance requirements and guides you through uploading the necessary documents. We track expiration dates and send reminders so you stay compliant.

Installers are paid directly by the store (off-platform, method of their choice — e.g., ACH, check, Venmo). FloorConnect only collects our platform fee from the store via Stripe after job verification and completion. You can view completed jobs and payment details in your profile.
